Where Anviil came from
Anviil started with a simple observation: personal trainers are running entire businesses on a patchwork of WhatsApp groups, Google Sheets, notes apps, and manual bank transfers. Every hour spent chasing invoices and copying workout plans is an hour not spent coaching.
We knew the problem was real because one of us had lived it as a trainer. One of us had spent years selling into the fitness industry and heard the same frustrations from hundreds of professionals. And one of us had the technical background to build something worth using. That combination of domain knowledge, industry relationships, and engineering is what Anviil is built on.
The result is a platform where trainers can manage their clients, deliver workout and diet plans, handle bookings, take payments, and stay in contact, all in one place. No more context switching. No more admin piling up on a Sunday night.
What we're building toward
Our mission is straightforward: give personal trainers back their time. Every feature we ship, every design decision we make, is evaluated against one question. Does this reduce admin for a trainer, or does it add to it?
We're building Anviil to work the way trainers actually work: across devices, with clients who aren't always tech-savvy, in multiple languages and currencies, with the flexibility that self-employment demands. That means a mobile app that works offline, AI-assisted plan generation that takes minutes not hours, and payments that just work without a degree in accounting.
We're a small team and we intend to stay close to our users. If something isn't working, we want to know. The trainers using Anviil today are shaping what it becomes.

The technical mind behind Anviil. Frustrated by how much time trainers spent juggling spreadsheets and disconnected tools, he built the platform he wished existed. One that handles the admin so trainers can focus on their clients.
Years on both sides of the fitness industry, as a trainer and in sales, give him a rare understanding of what trainers actually need day-to-day. He makes sure Anviil solves real problems, not imagined ones.
Brings the story of Anviil to the world. With a background in growth marketing and brand building, he connects trainers with a platform that makes their working lives better. Great products need to be found by the right people at the right time.
How we operate
We don't display ads. We don't sell your data. We don't build features to drive engagement metrics, we build them to solve problems. Anviil is a paid product and that's intentional: it means our incentives are aligned with yours. If Anviil saves you time and grows your business, you keep paying. If it doesn't, you cancel. That's the deal.
We're based in Sweden, which means we operate under Swedish law and EU regulation, including GDPR. Data protection isn't a checkbox for us, it's the default. Health data, client records, and payment information are treated with the seriousness they deserve.
